As a result of Brexit EU customers are now liable for VAT and customs charges as the order enters the EU, these charges will be charged by the courier and may also incur an admin fee. As the importer of the goods, buyers are responsible for these charges. We are working on a system that allows us to incorporate these charges into the shipping or product charges, however there is currently no EU wide system in place to account for these charges.
Occasionally orders may be delayed due to customs, this is out of our control and must be considered when ordering items required for a specific date.

We will accept returns at any point up 60 days after the sale date so long as the product is returned in perfect condition in the original packaging and with the tags still attached – essential so that it can be resold. Please note, reduced sale items are non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs on any return unless they have received a faulty or incorrect item then we will cover the postage costs.
