We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day.
Same day despatch for orders received by 1 PM UK time.

FREE UK SHIPPING - 2-5 working day delivery estimate via Royal Mail 48.
UK Express (Royal Mail 24, 1-2 day delivery estimate) and Special Delivery Next Day services are also available for an extra charge.
The Next Day service is the only shipping service we offer that has a guaranteed delivery time, all other quoted delivery times are estimates only. For Next Day Shipping orders must be placed by 1 PM UK time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - via Royal Mail or DPD - prices vary by destination.
Delivery estimates vary by distance from approximately 3-21 days.
Most European shipments will arrive within 10 working days.
DHL EXPRESS 1-2 Day service is also available to European destinations.

As a result of Brexit EU customers are now liable for VAT and customs charges as the order enters the EU, these charges will be charged by the courier and may also incur an admin fee. As the importer of the goods, buyers are responsible for these charges. We are working on a system that allows us to incorporate these charges into the shipping or product charges, however there is currently no EU wide system in place to account for these charges.

Occasionally orders may be delayed due to customs, this is out of our control and must be considered when ordering items required for a specific date.

Sometimes during busy periods we are unable to dispatch all orders within our aims - please be patient during these times, your custom is very important to us and your order will be dispatched as soon as we can get to it.

We will accept returns at any point up 60 days after the sale date so long as the product is returned in perfect condition in the original packaging and with the tags still attached – essential so that it can be resold. Please note, reduced sale items are non-refundable.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs on any return unless they have received a faulty or incorrect item then we will cover the postage costs.

We recommend for your own protection that you use a registered post service.
